Foaming Process
Strength and purity of T-Tubes™ clean environment insulation come from the inherent robust nature of Kynar®PVDF resin and the unique process used to turn it into Zotek®F line of foams.
Unique foaming process converts Kynar®PVDF resin to foam by simply introducing nitrogen into it. There are no chemical blowing agents, toxic or non-toxic, that may reduce the purity or decrease the strength of the foam. Since nitrogen is an inert gas, the resulting Zotek®F foam is as robust as the resin that is used.
